Normally I’m irate with AMC for the impractical way they spread out the rear window movies in the LA region but right now I’m relieved because I thought I’d have to spend $25 in gas to drive to Disneyland in order to spend more money to see Kung Fu Panda!
I just checked the updated roster and Panda’s coming to Burbank on Friday!! So let’s go this weekend!
Hancock plays in Century City where we saw Transformers TWICE, then will be replaced by Wanted.
And here I get annoyed again because there’s still no WallE in Los Angeles county. Have to drive to Orange County to see it. Well the list doesn’t cover the theater at Graumann’s on Hollywood Blvd (because that’s a Mann’s theater) so maybe I’ll get lucky and WallE will be playing there.
Of the movies out right now that are available in rear window, I want to see (no particular order): WallE, Hancock, Wanted, Kung Fu Panda
I could see Get Smart, Hulk, and Sex & The City but not interested in those enough to pay $$ for.
Oh looks like Meet Dave has a single theater in the area. That’s a ReSOUNDING NO! Eddie, you need to quit making this crap. I’ll give you a chance when you make Beverly Hills Cop 4 but if that fails to, you need to retire.
Other possibilities soon: Hellboy II, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and of course Dark Knight!
Good summer for movies, definitely gonna get me out of the house and spending $$. I don’t really have any huge expectations for anything but Dark Knight. Wanted & Hancock are to be sheer popcorn fun for me. WallE and Kung Fu Panda more in the run of great 3d animated movies that we’ve been having (namely Pixar but also Shrek and Robots).
Hellboy II, I don’t know if it’s the cross promotional advertising I’ve been seeing or what but I dare say seeing Hellboy and Wolf chatting makes me want to see more!
